Workout to Conquer Cancer Challenge
The 'Workout to Conquer Cancer Challenge' is all about committing each day to some form of exercise to improve your Health, Fitness and overall Well-Being and to remind us that every day is a blessing – and that good health is life’s greatest gift.
All YOU need to do is commit to working out (or being active in some way), every day for the month of May. Get the entire family involved if you wish. You do not need to follow a workout routine or exercise for a set amount of time, just do whatever your heart desires... Walk, Run, Skip, Bike, Swim, etc. It is entirely up to you.
To help raise money for this extremely important cause that is near and dear to all of us, please write down an amount you would like to donate on the first day of the challenge and tuck it away somewhere safe. Throughout the month of May, if you ever need to take a break, all you have to do is add $50 HKD to your contribution and you can enjoy a GUILT FREE day off! The choice is entirely up to you.
At the end of the challenge you are welcome to make your donation to: Children's Cancer Foundation in Hong Kong in support all of those brave boys and girls who are fighting the unimaginable.
