Mr Tony Ho
Chairman

Tony has been practicing for over 30 years master planning, architecture, interior design, project and facility management in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Huizhou, Hong Kong, the United States, and the United Kingdom. A cum laude from the University of Houston School of Architecture, he is currently the Chief Project Development Officer at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation.

 

Tony served on the governing committee of Christ Church, Kowloon Tong and sat on committees of the Hong Kong Triathlon Association. He is a school board member of the Diocesan Preparatory School. He is a committee member of the professional chapter of the Design, Built and Environment of the Diocesan Boys' School. As a sub-committee member on the Hospital Governing Committee- Finance and Capital Works of Tuen Mun Hospital, he offers his experiences in project and cost management to the hospital long-term development. He is also a member of the Hospital Authority Central Institutional Review Board- Paediatric Panel.

 

An avid wake-boarder and boxer for over 25 years, a triathlete and generally a sports enthusiast, he competes in Ironman races around the world while advocates on fighting childhood cancer. He enjoys coaching children in all kinds of sports. He believes that self-confidence and closeness can be greatly enhanced by encouraging the children and their families to participate together in different levels of sporting activities. Tony joined CCF as a volunteer in 1995, he was elected to the Board of Governors and became chairman in 2013. His long term goal is to work even closer with the medical community, particularly in the public sector, to improve the survival rate and long term quality of life of the children suffering and recovering from cancer.
