Juvenile myelomoncytic leukaemia (JMML)
One form of rare childhood leukaemia. A preponderance of immature monocytes, a type of white blood cell, is produced in the marrow. The marrow continues to produce these abnormal cells, which crowd out other healthy blood cells.
